Are you insured?
Yes. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request and can be issued to meet project requirements.

Often, yes. Walkthroughs help us scope accurately and protect your timeline—especially for post-construction, trash-out/hoarding, and larger recurring janitorial needs.

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
What does “post-construction cleaning” include?
Typical scope includes fine dust removal across surfaces, detail cleaning of edges/ledges/fixtures, removal of light construction residue, restroom/kitchen detailing (where applicable), and floor care appropriate to the finish. Final scope depends on site conditions and readiness at turnover.
Do you remove construction debris?
We can include debris removal (as scoped). Large haul-out, dumpsters, and heavy debris may require separate coordination.
Can you clean while trades are still working?
Sometimes. We can work in phases or zones, but quality outcomes require stable access and reasonable dust control. If heavy dust-creating work continues, we’ll recommend timing adjustments to prevent rework.
Do you clean windows after construction?
We can coordinate interior window cleaning depending on the project and access. Include this request in your quote form.

Do you supply paper products and consumables?
We can, depending on the account. If you want us to manage consumables (paper goods, liners, soap), mention it in your request so it can be quoted correctly.

Do you handle severe hoarding and heavy debris situations?
Yes. We provide structured trash-out and deep cleaning support for heavy debris, extreme buildup, and unsafe conditions. Most of these projects require an assessment to scope correctly.
Do you provide sharps cleanup (needles/syringes)?
No. We do not provide sharps cleanup. If sharps are present, they must be removed by a qualified medical waste provider before our work begins.
Do you use ozone for odors?
No. We do not offer ozone treatments. We address odors through physical removal and sanitization of the source.
Do you handle animal waste, sewage, or biohazard conditions?
Yes. We can handle animal waste cleanup, sewage contamination cleanup, and biohazard-related cleaning with appropriate PPE and safety practices. Scope and disposal requirements vary by job.
Can you remove furniture and coordinate dumpsters?
